The Wisconsin Institute For Constitutional Integrity shall partner accredited institutions of higher education, including the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, University of Wisconsin–Platteville, University of Wisconsin–Parkside, and other universities or faith-based institutions such as Liberty University, for the following purposes:

 

1. Conduct joint research on constitutional rights, policing, and judicial integrity.

2. Provide internships, applied research opportunities, and continuing education.

3. Host annual symposiums rotating among participating universities.

4. Disseminate findings to public policy leaders and the general public.
